Hi, I've serched but I've not found. Could someone tell me what the rough training speed of experience for a player that plays 48 min a week. + all playoffs games a season. is it 1 pop every season or is it 1 pop every 2 seasons or is it 2 pops every season? Anyone have an idea? I've only been playing a few weeks so I've not got an idea how fast/slow it is.

not easy to give a hard-and-fast answer. there are many variables affecting experience: playing time and level of competition are fundamental, but i understand experience can also be affected /improved if a player is a NT player or has played in the B3 tournament. i understand hitting a Buzzerbeater (the last second shot) adds to experience, as does post-season play.

from my team:
-- 38 years old: experience at 14
-- 31 years old: starter, experience at 9
-- 31 years old: bench player, experience at 5

It's roughly one pop a year. For exact calculation, here you'll find a german post with a formula:

Ahh ty, ok so about 1 pop per season. And more for serie games then scirmish and most for playoffs. (since my players wont be in a NT game) but then I know. to make sure the main TO get their training on the important games so in a few years time they might have the edge in experience.

According to the formula, for a player with around 70' per weeks with 4 cup matches and 2 P.O. matchs, it's more one pop every 2 seasons.

i did not apply the formulae so i'll have to beleive you . I like xp but do not search to xp, just do my training with 48' and aim 60' a week. That is already something difficult to reach.
