Hello guys. I have a question regarding draft and money invested in that. Not by one team, but whole division teams.
Are draft players created randomly, with random skills and random potential and everything is random lets say Randbetween (1-8 for skills and 1-11 for Potential) or are draft players created upon the money invested in whole draft by all teams, competing in division.
Let's say none of the teams are investing money in Draft throughout the season so we will get something like 100% randbetween (1-8)? If half of the teams are investing money the whole draft is created by 50% (RB 1-8) and 50% (4-8) and the third case when all the team are investing money in the draft will we get something 25% (RB 1-8) and 75% (5-8) or something like this?
So my question is:
Are drafted players
(all skills and potentials)
somehow connected to the money invested by all teams or is true Random?

There is no connection between draft investment and player skills.
I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

straight coin flip my friend... i have seen drafts where our league had 0ver 10 5 star guys with maybe 3-4 5 star potential. and then sometimes where the league had 1-2 5 star potential.

So how would money invested be considered then? Say one manager has saved for seasons and scouts the entire draft before anyone else. The rest of the league then begins investing $40k a week and scouting. How would their skills then change?
