As you can see, my PF played 46 minutes as a starter. It would not be unusual if I didn't put him as a backup at positions PF/C. I thought I had forgotten to change my line-up but when I load this tactics for next game, it shows him as a backup. Any explanation?

Which substitutions ption have you chosen?
Do you have strickly follow deep chart?

Then you have the explanation there. If you let the coach decide, he can make whatever he thinks it's better for your team, even if you set a different line_up

I think you allowed your coach too much creativity with LCD ;) I had the same problem in the past. Do strictly in these games
