As far as I know, this feature is not avaliable for NTs, at least for now.

There is no U21 home arena. You play in other teams arenas therefore their court designs.

Maybe for U21/NT world championships there should be a special world championship floor!

I guess this could be something more specific for each country. I think the idea is to have this feature in the future, so it could be a good option to have national contests or some kind of elections.
