Since I promised not to share my own opinion anymore of the forum, I will ask for yours.
Whom of you would be intressted to donate money to buzzerbeater but those money would be earmarked for exclusively a mobile application, trough kickstarter or crowdfounder or any of those things.
And most importantly (for the BB staff) by how much?

I voted no.

I'd probably pay up to €5 in the App Store if the App was updated on a regular basis.

Since it's not going to happen, the buzzerbeater managment might need an incentive for it to happen. So if they would actully get the money to do it, maby they would do it. But it seems like the financial will is not in the community to pay for this app upp front before its made. Then it seems like it's highly unlikely it ever will get made, since it costs allot of money and i dont think BB cant front that amount of money.

I think we could use a kickstarter as a way to advertise the game.

Say we set up a page for backing a bb app even if it doesn't reach the required amount it would give us a way to advertise the game by people sharing the link and show the game is trying to keep up with the times.

they dont need to make an app, they just need to give the site a responsive design so it looks better on a phone/tablet browser so there is no need for panning and zooming BS. It would take far less work and money to do that and achieve the same result albeit with less exposure as an app
