Do you have, in your lives, exemples of people like our BB coaches who have a salary that increases each week? me no.

Besides this abberation , they are few on the transfer market and they are very expensive, too expensive.

My questions/suggestions :

1- Why can not we sell our coach ?
or sign up for a limited number of seasons?
We spend a lot of money, to see its salary increase week after week... to fire him few weeks/seasons later because of his high salary, nothing other,
Is this normal?

OK, it's rare, but coaches like Pop for the Spurs cant exist in BB. You cant keep you coach more than... 3 or 4 years? After that, salary is too much for his level.

2- why their level might not increase with sporting results of the team he leads ?
Promotion, good results -> level up!
Tanking -> level down!

3- why their salaries are not fixed , or they are not only changing from one season to the next?

4- Why there is simply no developments on the coaching staff ? ... That is clearly the most absurd and unreal thing of this game.
...despite there might be so many good things to do with...
- Why cant we "build" a coach (as GM we are suppose to be)? With our tactical references, club spirit we want to develop, the chemistery with players etc...

Many good inovations came last weeks in this game and it's in the good way, and thank you so much for those custom courts etc, but please, next step, focus your mind on the coaching staff which is such a way far from reality! ;)

Cheers!

I agree with everything you say with exception to this part. As I can think of examples in our lives where this occurs.

Business owners.

That said, not all businesses only see an increase in customers, and profit. There will be weeks where it stays the same, or goes down. But Business owners does fit as an example of this.

And if you want to stretch a little. Stock Brokers too, as they'll make more and more as they get better at recognizing trends of when to buy and sell, plus as they make more $ they have more $ to re-invest.

Short answer would be because a level 7 trainer with $30k salary would cost $25 million (probably more without the hoarding limit) as it would be a one off investment that would pay for itself over time. Just another incentive to tank.

Relevance? Where the staff comes from and the impact they have on the economy doesn't really make a difference. The OP is wondering why salary for staff increases, not why players don't become trainers/coaches.

So instead of fighting to buy a trainer through high bid a process to home grow, as with players, that might take time and energy but perhaps be less expensive.

There is still the problem of lifespan. By the time your cheap investment shows a return, you would still only have the same amount of time until he is overpriced in salary. You wouldn't have time to redevelop another trainer as you still have trainees that require a certain level.

The easiest way to introduce new staff is to create more staff. For seasons now that idea has been rejected (probably to remove money from the economy), so I doubt they will go for a more complicated system to "hopefully" create the same outcome.

The current staff system is only flawed in that it is susceptible to inflation. It still works in the way it was intended. It just costs way too much to purchase anything of real value, just like the transfer market.
