What does the coaching rating that shows in the all star game means? Where it comes from?

And just want to make sure but does the aöö star game affeckt the players anyhow? I think it doesnt but as i dont remember reading it anywhere thought about asking..

maybe wrong place to ask but i can't see to find an option fot new post (probably because i use a mobile browser). i noticed there are scouting points but no players to scout, will the scouting be done on draft day from a given pool of players? or is there a date one can start scouting?

I suppose it depends on your definition of soon. Any time before the end of the season would do for me, so next week is still soon enough.
