Okay...I've got 14 players and I've been training Jump Shot
/ Team training. I've read NOT to train with team training - im is not referring to free throw, stamina or game shape team training - but I've never seen or heard about anyone doing it. So I thought I'd try it. Obviously, making sure everyone gets their 48 minutes is paramount. This week, I managed to obtain 48 minutes for 13 out of my 14 players. First week....5 pops. Second week...4 pops. I'll let everyone know next week.

I'm pretty sure you guys are right. But being that I never hear much about it , coupled with the ol " I got to see for myself ", I thought I'd try it for 3 or 4 weeks, and then compare it to future training methods. Thats all. In the long run, it'll probably fade into history. But I'll know. Either way, thanks for the good advice.

Sounds like an original idea. Curious to see what you'll find. Especially how soon some player will get their second pops. Probably good to focus a bit more after a while but I still fondly remember my starting days when I trained 5 players in 2 position training and since my team was horrible this quickly improved my whole team.

Just don't do this to the high potential players since you won't take advantage of it and might just as well sell them and buy all star or star potential for cheap.

Crunchy! If you eat fast enough

This is the way I trained when I started this game. I always did Team training, but I bounced around from skill to skill. Not just Jump Shot. What ends up happening is that after 2-3 seasons you end up with a roster full of 10k guys that aren't really good enough to start, and nobody really wants. I'd suggest finding 2 to 3 really young trainees with at least all star potential and focus on single position training. That way...these players will eventually be good enough to start for you, or you can sell them for big money. Good luck.
