Big Horn Sheep
I have a 21 yo player that I have trained since he was 18. He is a shooting guard that actually played on Malaysia's U21 team. He has superstar potential. However, he is not part of my teams long term plans.

So, my question is do you think he will sell for more now or after another season of training? I only want to maximize sale price and it seems players younger with less TSP sell for more than older more developed players.

This totally depends on how well you train him. If you train him optimally (close to 10 pops a season with some secondary skills like IS), his value will increase. If you can't manage to train him as well as others would, his value will decrease because he'll fall behind on the optimal schedule.

Also, you have to factor in opportunity cost. If you want to buy another trainee, but have to wait because you still train this guy, that's lost value. If you have a spare training spot and you don't intend to buy a new trainee, you might as well keep training him (if you can do so optimally).

So, if you can't train optimally or you want to train another player, sell. Otherwise you can keep training him another season, but even then it won't increase his value too much.

Close to 10 pops per season, is that counted in his age, length, a level 4-5 trainer and one position training if possible?
Or just an avarage?

Generally close to 10 pops for a 21 year old, but it indeed depends on height and skills trained (1vs1 should result in more pops, pure secondary skills in less). So Yes, it's more an average/rule of thumb.
