I set my lineup this way for my last playoff game:
PG: A/F/J
SG: B/G/J
SF: C/F/J
PF: D/H/K
C: E/I/K
I wanted to run 10 deep, but thought my 9 man lineup was better, but then I set two guys as reserves just in case.
The key here, I think, is that I played 'Sit Them'.
Here's what happened: My PG got 3 fouls by early in the 2nd Qtr, and so my backup PG came in to play for him.
He also platoons as backup SF, so later in the 2nd, since my starting PG was still 'sitting' with foul trouble, the coach put my reserve PG in at PG so my backup PG could play SF.
That's pretty nifty, actually.
