Cause i'm an old player returning and i'm having quite a hard time finding some update guideline about training,

would u like please catch me up with the basic changes about elastic effect, cross training (thou i think it didn't change recently) and newest training tactics (i see many goes for entire seasons of 1o1 F while when i left it was OD first absolutely) and whatever comes u to mind...

one more thing... whe i left SB and JR were considered trash skills that were an economic disaster compared to what they brings to the player... what changed about them?

thank you for the time u want to lose helping an old pal returning ;)

This is BB, so nothing is 100% right and you can find different opinions about the same question. Difficult to say what could have changed since you don't say when you left, but training has not changed for a long time, after the cross training was introduced. Maybe the possibility of training below 100% in other positions (for example you can train one position OD not only to guards, but to SF, PF and C just with a different penalty depending on the position.

JR has changed a bit, long range shots are suppossed to be a bit more effective now.

And about SB you will find the same opinions as before. Some users (including me) think it's a very useful skill which helps a lot in defense plays, others just think it's a way of having more salaries without real effect in the games.

Also the impact of SB and JR on salary has been reduced a little :)

I left around s24... and i'm well aware that in BB is all fruit of statistical data and everyone has different opinions.

My question was about the main tendencies most accepted as now....

I heard of precise relations between skills in the elastic effect, are these belivable?

And whatever interesting stuffs can come to mind, it could even became a thread where to debate different opinions of different experienced players ;)

The star training right now is 1vs1 forwards, but this is really a training I don't like too much. Too many clons and too many players with the same pattern. But you will find a very big number of users recommending it.

Elastic effect has a big success if you know how to use it and you can afford it. I've experienced with passing and rebounding and had good results with them.

What you mean by 'affording' it?

Not all teams can leave an important skill behind and need more balanced players to compite

These are the two skills I have experience with. I had some players with very quick pops in these skills when they have a very low level compared to the ones they are suppossed to be related.
