The data from the training project doesn't really show a benefit either way speed wise. You can make an arguement for ID first since it trains some IS as a secondary. Just make sure that you are accounting for secondary pops. ID trains IS and SB as secondaries and SB trains ID and RB as secondaries. If you are planning to keep ID and SB around the same level, alternating pops would probably be the easiest option.
