As injuries have become a more and more prominent topic in these forums I suggest the following:
instead of taking out a player due to injury, we get different levels of injury that only affect the stamina level of a player.
The new minimum stamina level possible becomes "4". Injured players receive a penalty depending on the gravity of the injury.
Heavy injuries result in a minus 3 penalty, so the new stamina level is "1", medium injuries are -2, light injuries are -1.
That way players can play every game, although an injury still poses a threat. A stamina 1 player performs much worse, but still the damage to the team is somewhat limited.
