Is anyone else having problems getting fans to come to their games? I've had this issue since I got to this league and at first I figured it was cause I was in rebuild mode but this year the team is doing well which I wasn't expecting but yet my fans don't seem to notice. I figured maybe my prices were a bit steep but even after testing that out by lowering prices i'm still getting nothing. My luxury seats sell out every game and so do the court side seats. I'm charging the max for the luxury seats but people still buy them so I figured why not. I've got 13K capacity for the arena and 1140 of that is my lower tier seats but of that i usually only fill 700 of those seats. I'm just getting frustrated because I think I'm doing everything possible to get fans to come to the games but I'm only averaging about 50% of my stadium being filled. I"m just worried cause I know that's a major source of income for a bb team and if the problem doesn't fix itself I'm going to have to sell everyone and start over which I don't feel like doing since it seems I"m finally coming out of being stuck at the bottom of the conference the past 2-3 seasons.

You have a large arena for a div. 4 team. If you get promoted, your stadium will be filled. The only way you will fill that many lower tier seats this season is if you put the price very low and don't lose any games. Remember that price changes only can be changed about 3 times a season and the next change is coming on the 27th, I believe. Another option to fill seats is to hire a stronger PR Manager. A better PR manager will improve attendance and also merchandise sales. If you look at my team, I have a minimal PR manager, a .500 team, and around 7000 seats in my arena. I get around 80% attendance. This will go up if I lower my prices and/or win more games.

I can charge less and get higher attendance, my income could still be about the same.

I get about 5000/6000 attendance

Thoughts?

There is no definitive answer to this. Some people charge less to fill more seats and some charge more and sell less seats.
