When reading about improving the game most arguments tend to all focus on one thing, retaining new users. Many users believe that the time taken to become competitive harms player retention. This is why I suggest implementing new players leagues.

The beginner leagues would consist of all new players regardless of nationality where they can compete with each other for 2 seasons before being promoted into their countries respective leagues. Here we can teach the fundamentals of the game and still have others players at their level to compete against. We could also assign mentors to each division to communicate with the new players to give them tips.

While I agree with the premise of the beginner league, that would be new players taking 3 months before "graduating" to the real game. That's less time than it takes to be competitive, but still a long time for people to want to take just to learn a game.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

Definitely agree with you, because it would take a long time to 'graduate'.

However, I like the idea, but maybe a player could leave the league at the moment he or she thinks it is time to start competing in the regular competitions.

For example:
A player has to start in the beginnersleague and has to play there for one full season.
After this year the player has the option to 'graduate' and play in the regular leagues or stay in the league for one more season before going to a regular competition.

What about the possibility for new users to arrange an extra game against new users too?

This match will work like a private league match. No counting minutes for game shape or training. Neither the injuries.

In this way the newbies can learn about GE, tactics and others factors.

While I like the idea it will be hard to implement due to the differing amounts of money new teams get due to their league's income. For example a new team starting in Div II will earn more than new one starting in Div IV.

I think the only way for new teams to play at a competitive level is creating a bubble for them until they are strong enough to survive when that bubble bursts.

But, a new user is a new user. I think that the money issue isn't a big deal. An extra arcade game for 7 weeks (for instance) won't be a problem. The target is help to the new users. One game where nothing else matters only for learning purposes.

They already have that in the form of a scrimmage. I think they need to be competing for something meaningful but actually have the chance of winning it. The only way to get this is against users that are around the same level as they are as playing against bots is not good for anyone.

The scrimmage counts for training and game shape. There are risk for injuries. So it isn't "nothing to lose"...
