I find that a team in my division became a botified team yesterday.
It seems that the team is in the process of botification.
In the game (92261686) today, the botified team forfeit the game.

I'm not sure whether it is normal or not ?

Sadly, it is normal. There is a period of time between user abandonment and definite botification during which, if there are not enough players, a team will throw a forfeit. We added code that prevents this after botification though (which works, as you can see that his next match wasn't a forfeit).
