My opponent played inside isolation as his offensive strategy. I played inside focus/ normal pace as my game day prep. The post game box score says I guessed incorrectly the inside focus. What is the focus for Inside Isolation then??

Inside iso means an inside player will get isolated, but he doesnt necessarily focusses on taking inside shots, hence the neutral focus.

Inside Iso is a cool offense, in that you can use your bigs a lot, but you don't get the penalty on outside shooting that comes with Look Inside. You also don't get the rebounding advantage you get from Look Inside, but I've found it is the best way to alternate offenses without being totally predictable while still utilizing your bigs as much as possible.

It's neutral focus and this is my new favorite offense since it throws opponents off because they start thinking Inside Iso is inside focused and they game prep for an inside offense which is wrong. It works better if you have multi-skilled bigs that can shoot at range or drive and pass.
