Anyone know when utopia league New Scouts becomes available? I thought they were able to review same time as our regular teams were....which was right after the allstar game.

I have a suggestion for Utopia draft,would it be possible to have an extra option by drafting to make second flag visible? I would spend 20 point for that option =)

I think,by drafting every extra option should be payed,but without paying is also ok =)
