When I re-upped my supporter, I started getting Private League Invitation bbmails despite selecting the option to not available for private league. How do I make them stop?

These are different things.
When you select not avaliable for any league, that means that you can't be automatically added to a private league.
But any team that visits your team page can invite you and the bb-mail is sent automatically as well.
So, more than a bug it would be a suggestion if you think there should be an option to avoid being invited.

mm ok. just interesting that i started getting bb mails after i re upped supporter. Didn't really get them before.

long period BB-Support means that you're suitable to enter any PL, not only the short ones, so more managers can invite you.
btw, if you want to join my PL the invitations will stop
