Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you all know I plan to retire as the National Team manager at the end of the season. Would be great if someone local stepped up to take it one. Even if you are newer, give it a try. You will learn a lot about the game and competing at the highest level in this role.

There is a tool a user created called NTScout: (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...)

The tool allows you to find all players from Nippon and you can filter based on DMI, Salary, Age. This gets you a list of possible players. Then as NT manager you can recruit these players into the team which gives you the ability to see their skills. in the offseason take a look at all the potential players and record their skills. Then you can select the guys you want.

I dread the time you walk away from this gig... but you've done your bit for the nation. Enjoy your *retirement* from the NT stage.
