As you can see, I'm applying for a second term.
I won't do a long speech, I'm not really good at that and I think it's better to have a debate.
You can see pretty much all of my plans for S37 and S38 on the end-of-season thread and the NT press release, so I won't go more into details here.
My first term, especially the second season, was not the best for a number of reasons, including choices a bit too bold in terms of enthusiasm management and poor GS "punishments". But in the end it was a good experience and I think I learned a lot from it.
I also finished scouting a vast majority of potential NT players (age ~22 to 32) in the past few weeks since our elimination. Regardless of the election result, that's something I'll give to the future NT coach so he won't start from a blank page like I did. My first few days were a bit intense in terms of scouting (around 200 players scouted!), and now it's even worse with the "do you really want to dismiss this player from the NT?" confirmation popup.
