Hi All,

Here are the players skills:
Jump Shot: marvelous Jump Range: sensational
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: sensational
Driving: strong Passing: strong
Inside Shot: tremendous Inside Def.: tremendous
Rebounding: sensational Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: awful
Experience: strong
TSP: 115 (69 + 46)

According to buzzer manager he's at around 90% potential. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I'd say no. He's likely training at less than 10% of when he was 18. You could get a pop or two if there are some high sub-levels but I wouldn't expect much.

I would not train that guy. Usually I look for 18 y/os with star-perennial potential for cheap after the draft when I'm looking for a trainee.

He needs more stamina and free throws ... so in a way, yes he should be trained more. But only on the team skills, not the individual skills.
