I'd even go that far, that younger players need even less minutes, like 24 minutes for 18-21 year olds, 36 minutes for older guys.

Drop the age penalty or ease it substantially.

Even though I'm usually against making the training way easier, this feels like a logical suggestion. I quite like it and it would definitely help in my team to train some lower potential players as backups that don't get enough minutes because of the limitations on 1pos training ...

The suggestion from Knecht to lower it for younger players is also a valid point but as younger player already train faster than older ones, I feel that we don't really need such a drastic change. Changing the training minutes to 36 minutes would already be a really good step!

Well, I also feel like this is a great idea!
If BB want to start slow, I would accept just 36 minutes from players with <21y and the same 48 for older players..
This would give us the ability to have less "pain" training our kids and being competitive at the same time.
I also feel like it is super realistic, since rookies usually play less minutes early years and do some more gym work early
