Almost nobody comments on press announcements - I know, because I am the most active writer in the history of BB Austria.

I doubt that flooding the news with random news posts will help.

Press announcements to everybody is not a bad idea, still we need to have some special features to offer to those who wish to spend their money when they don't really need.

Apart from that, offer some rewards like badges or stars to those who comment a lot could be fun. Rewarding economically is a terrible idea. Unless you hire someone to judge (in every language) if the press announcement is meaningful somehow or if it is just a gathering of characters in order to make some extra revenue.
