In the hoarding tax counting fractions are counted and then creates a discrepancy between that indicated as an output and the total amount available.
I imagine that other income (merchandising, TV contract) are calculated using algorithms, and therefore have fractions, but do not count them helps keep track of the team's income and expenses.

In today's update the total hoarding tax following the last week (January 9, 2017) has been taken off a dollar .. so I do not think a decimal problem, but in some way it is a bug that changes the economics of previous week..
Last week I had gone $ 3 in total on the season, this week rose to $ 4 ..
Whereas it has been 5 updates (with that of today) which is calculated on the hoarding tax I would say that the fact recurs ..

I can send pictures to a BB to better understand the problem ..

The thing keeps happening, even today, after the intake of the spectators of the match fell to a dollar total after hoarding tax..
