What do you guys recommend for his training? I hope he can be my SF of the future. Also, is he ahead, on time, or behind in his development? He kinda feels a tad behind, but I'm not sure. And what could he end up looking like when he's done?

I would dedicate three seasons to train each of the following...Jump-shooting...Passing...Rebounding/Stamina...

How about 2 SB pops this season (and hope ID pops with it) then 2 JR pops. Then some 1on1 to get some ha/dr pops, once you get those (or at least one above OD) focus on OD until it's where you want it, but whatever combination of 1on1, OD and passing you like to finish him.
