Hello, so playoffs are almost here. My opponent has strong frontcourt team, my defender at PF/C are medium/low Inside defenders. What defensive tactics you would offer me to use. Enemy most of the time plays inside slow/fast tactics. Btw, my backcourt is much better. I have played against them with many times, I tried to use Inside Box and one, 2-3 and man to man tactics. No matter I win or lose, his frontcourt always making many problems for me. How I could slow them down in your opinion?

I forget to mention, the best player in the enemy's team is PF who makes about 25 shots every night. C is more rebounds/defence based.

Put best inside defender on his PF, even if it means shifting him from C. Avoid inside tactics but try to also be unpredictable. Motion, run n gun, patient, outside iso, base offense, all work if you're winning the backcourt and losing the frontcourt.

Last playoffs, I used Outside-Iso and 2-3 defense. I won in every category except one: they took 20+ more free throws. They played patient offensive tactics. Is it random fact?

Btw, the opponent team almost same like last year. I have upgraded my team with more inside defense and also my SG and SF is much stronger than last year. My offense is based on them. Is it good tactical decision to choose iso offense?

My SG playing in SF role, is more like All-around SF with Shooting touch.
My SF-PF-C inside defense is about 10-12.
