Does efficiency of training jump shot vary between three options (guards, forwards, wingmen)?

EDIT: I just learned that training its not even same if you train guards or forwards or wingmen... Anyone can point me towards some old thread? Thank you.

I managed to find some old information regarding this topic. Sadly there is no info about training jump shot for wingmen option.
I dont need exact numbers, just confirmation that training has 100% efficiency (not 90%) and skills that my players would improve with training jump shot (wingmen).

Jump Shot
Guards:
Trains JS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JR @ 7-8 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks

Forwards:
Trains JS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JR @ 7-8 weeks
Trains IS @ 7-8 weeks

What happens if you train a forward at a guard position? Do they still have a chance to pop at inside shot?

What Ubiond said. Wingmen is the same as guards, still 100% training. You can only get a pop in IS on crosstraining.
