I see 4% increse in salaries. As for guards with high inside skills and bigs with outside skills? Hm..4%?

Some examples of players who have not been trained by me this season:

Guard with 111 TSP that is for sale with only 5 IS and 6 RB but 9 ID saw an increase from 68.2k to 69.8k. Seems decently fair to me with such "average" inside skills. Might mean the increase is more serious for those with more serious inside skills.

My PG went from 197.3k to 202.3k. Once again not that big of an increase but his inside skills are decent but not really high. So once again seems ok to me.

It could be that higher ID, RB, SB also influences salaries of those guards more now. Since I think 5 IS bij itself should probably not have meant an increase.

Ah I reread your post and understand it now. You're saying that with your players you see a 4% increase regardless of how high their inside skills are?

That's surprising indeed.

All my players with nice secondaries I see 4% increase globaly. As you have experieneced increase in players with below average secondaries too than we didnt experience change at all.

So after 1,5 season listening about how we should prepare for that CHANGE so one can not do long term plans as one doesnt know how new economy will work this is the change:

POWER FORWARD with 116 TSP with 67GUARD and 46INSIDE skills has 80k salary. (16OD for ex.)
POWER FORWARD with 119 TSP with 63GUARD and 56INSIDE skills has 142k salary.

PF with more guard skills still has half the salary than guy with more primaries.. If there was a change than it was nothing. So me personally I have wasted 1,5 seasons to wait if it is worth to wait and adopt to new conditions while other who didnt care and played with massive secondaries are still better than me becose there was no significant change!! I would like to know if there is going to be another change next season and another next season so we cant make any plans at all!!!

All my players have seen their salaries raise. The good ones (all with nice secondaries) and the bad ones (drafted but never trained)

If i don't take my three trainees : my Player Salaries goes + 6,7 %
