Good day all. I recently took in a mentee and noticed how hard it seems for newer managers to understand some stuff pertaining to managing their teams. So I'm making a thread for people who has those nagging questions about BB.

I made a kind of thread similar to this many seasons ago and it didn't end well sadly but for the hope newer teams will get to stay and enjoy the game throw your questions at me and I will try to the best of mu knowledge to answer them. No funny/out of topic stuff please lets be serious on this thread. And if I answer them incorrectly then please do correct me. I'm only human. I'm sure there are other managers who are better out there than me who would like to add some stuff on what I said.

Remember there is no right or wrong way to play BB. Some like to try stuff but I hope to make your stay in BB more enjoyable.

Haha sayang yan. Nakalimutan ko na iopen kasi, dami pa naman pera. @lolo, trip lang ito hahaha. d ko rin pagpatuloy..

Someone once told me I needed to face fear to get over it, and I thought well why not take a step further and cut my fear into little pieces then set my fear on fire then throw the hot ash of my fear into a lake and then poison the lake. Simple!

Pero maganda na rin sir kung bagong simula, diba? Pero grabe naman yung pagka-relegate hanggang sa Div 4 para makaipon ng pera, haha! :P $300k lang naman pagkaupo ko hehehehehe jk lang
