In tonight's game (94545192), my attendance was very low in comparison to previous matches. Is this a bug?

I raised my bleachers by $2 and am under the promotion bonus. My opponent is sixth in their conference, but I recently leapfrogged to fourth place in mine. I still think the attendance is a bit low.
