As it is right now, you have to wait up to 24 hours when you sign up, before you get access to your team. This should be changed! When a new player signs up he wants to be able to play the game instantly and not have to wait. I think there must be quite a big number of new users that never log in, simply because they don't want to wait. Why not give access to this wonderful game immediately?
I know there probably is some technical reason for the way things are done, but there must be a way to fix it. If we want new users to stay, then we need to get them hooked right from the get go!
