I was hoping the NT Scout tool could be used for that but at the moment it isn't possible. But perhaps the tool could be used for that.

If i well remember, that tool is updated every week. Players on TL at that moment are identified but it doesn't change until next update.

I don't think it is possible, but I already suggested a checkbox for this. Also for Injuried players, as sometimes people want them for a little cheaper price when theres no urgency.
About NT the answer was that it would allow managers to scout other NT's easier, if I remember well
I dont see any problem tho.
