Hello guys and fellow BuzzBeat players and staffs,

I want to say about why the logging out automatically keeps happening to me.
I don't know what is the problem and the reason, I never logged in 2 devices at the same time either.
Is opening too much tabs could be the problem here?

I was recently wiritng a new press Release for my franchise and when I finished it automatically refresh my browser tab and logged me out!!! I am so confused and sad.... I have written like 1000 words so.

Could you help me out solving this problem?

It's a pretty normal thing on most websites really. It happens because you have been inactive for too long (not refreshing or requesting a page). Technically I think it's called 'Session Timeout', and it is there for safety reasons. Just remember to copy your press release/forum post before you post it, then you are safe in case you are logged off.
