You need to cut your roster back. You can't use or train that many players, so they are just salaries going out the door.

You probably can't afford top of the line staff in all 3 positions. I'd drop back (not to 1, but perhaps to a 4 or 5 for a doctor and PR guy (I can't see other team's staff, so I don't know who you have).

You should also schedule scrimmages every week, so that you can train some players, for eventual cash which can be used for upgrading your team.

It has hurt that you haven't had any home games for 2+ weeks. Your TV game will be a good cash infusion. But it may be normal for you to lose a little money each week, and then get back even with the TV game.

You could also cut your scouting back to 1 or 2 players per week.

I agree with Jimtrex and I would go as far to say you need to sack 10 players and trim roster down to 11-13 maximum (maybe less)

You have to face that most of your team is not worth keeping (and unlikely to selll) Every financial update you keep these guys is hurting you.....

It is difficult to pull the trigger but we all had to do it... keep your best 5 and a reserve 5 and say goodbye to the rest...

I'd also like to add that with the last draft I saw Division IV teams get 5k or 6k wage players.
Even though my draft sucked totally I do want to congratulate them with their new players, however at the same time I am thinking that these players are to expensive for these lower divisions.
If a team is very lucky and can draft 2 or 3 players with a 5k+ wage, it might hurt economically if they don't want to sell them, while it will make them rich if they did sell them... It's these kind of choices that have to be made, and which make or break teams.
A team can have 1 or a few 5k+ players in low division, and fill it up with lower wages, but personally I feel it is best to have a balanced team so would advise average players overall, which all have almost the same wage...
Also when you get injuries it doesn't realy matter who is injured this way, while if you have a few stars, and 1 gets injured, you can kiss your wins goodbye.

Don't know how others think about this. But I think keeping (too many) players with too high wages in lower division teams is reason No1 why teams get into economical trouble.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

i think you could afford those drafts :) And i would look to train player who could do someding, because a lot of the 3k Salary players you train don't become an higher value.

And if their get economily problems they could sell them ;)
