Hello fellow ‘muricans. I’m Oreo and it is time for a change, as America hasn’t won a world’s gold since season 27-29, under legendary manager EBW. I believe that we have the best shot of doing this with me at the helm.

I realize it is a big commitment and takes a healthy balance of taking opinions as well as going on my gut, but I feel as though I am both ready and qualified to carry out the job at peak success. Over my 25 seasons of BB (I was off and on for the first few), I have had 3 u21 players who have played on the team, more future u21 players being trained right now, and also others who were fringe candidates. I was head scout for tough’s run in seasons 34-35, and a large part of EBW’s golden run in seasons 26-29. Being an experienced scout, trainer, and tactician is what I feel qualifies me for this position.

To all the people who are tired of not being heard: I will listen to your ideas if you give them. I will welcome you if you come to me. I will help you if you ask. This is what sets me apart from my fellow candidates. Together, we will bring America back to the top through the grit and grind that we stand for.

I am Oriolekid. This December will be 8 years in this game. My contributions to the U21 have been unparalleled, despite what others believe they have done. I became the very first U21 scout the season they implemented asking volunteers to do so. I was given access to the USA database(now defunct) and my job was to report to the U21 and NT coaches directly(I believe it was Jelme and wozzit at the time). My successes their lead to the widespread branching out of the NT scout program. For 25 seasons now any aspiring NT manager has been a scout at one point. That traces to me.

I was also the one to revive the offsite training diaries, which is now the most popular part of the offsite. Look at the dates, there are some old ones, but mine, LionPride team training, is the oldest. It single handedly lead to the explosion of the popularity of the offsite. That developed a dialogue between the experienced managers and the new users with awesome prospects. Many a NT manager has started as one of those newbies who fell in love with training, and the strategy of the team. That was me.

I have been an opposition scout, a 2nd in command, an advocate, and a mentor to countless users over the years. I also hold the record for most 2nd place finishes in U21 history. A person so experienced, dedicated, opportunistic, and visionary should be the best choice for U21 manager. I believe it is time to lead the U21 back to glory.

Don't overthink it, and don't make a foolish mistake. I am the right guy for this job.

I do love this game, 25 seasons in and it still trips my trigger. I love this community, there is a sense of fellowship, of belonging. But that has always been on the league level. On the NT level it's, as I said in the debate thread, it's a private little country club. Time has long past for that to change, this is how to bolster the long term prospects both for this team and the senior squad.

But building the NT brand is not done by hanging out sharing smut on discord. It is done by reaching out to the community as a whole. It is done by building excitement for the process. It is done by finding the right blend of potential talent through any avenues needed and blending those talents in the right proportion.


Tactically I feel my abilities match up well. My teams compete though I am small in market stature and situational in talent level. But with the U21 I feel this would be an advantage because with youth it is not about having a team with balanced players but a team where each players strengths have to properly blend with those around them


Socially I can help to build us as best we can using the tools on hand. Even if it just dropping small notes in league threads or even to each of us as individuals. Many do not participate in the process because no one has ever asked them to, under my administration that would change.
