Hellohello, I'm Bergkamp and I value shot blocking higher than rebounding. Please forgive me for this sin, and while we're here also help me understand why I should play LI every game and value players trained in 1on1 forwards forever over everything else.

Sorry, that was an alternative introduction to my BB-recovery-jail group (or something) and not an u21 speech.

Attempt two: Was starting with an obscure sentence and not even being able to pull that off smoothly with ma words a sign of things to come? Well obviously. I am usually buried in my second tangent and the point I want to get to is juuust over there. Luckily I think I can make more sense of BB than I can the English language / my brain (at times).

(attempt 3?) I considered running last time around but thought I was too busy with work stuff. Now: eh, it's not like I ever do overtime, it's not that kind of job, so it's fine...plus I have 6 months extra BB experience too! (I do still feel kinda new at times, my first draftee is yet to turn 30...)

Some more obvious stuff: I think I'm a pretty good manager? (quite a few victories over teams with higher salary, mostly seen in Utopia...good cup record with Arsenal, and I haven't got relegated from the EBBL since I got here...). As I've always trained I've got used to moving players around/out of position and trying to make best use of the best players still / with the right tactics. In general I like to mix things up I guess and think most of them can be useful in the right situation.

In general I'm online about as much as anyone in the game chat which is some kind of positive?

“I thrive when working in a team yet also do my best work working alone”. An extract from my CV there. I dunno, I guess I'm pretty similar to outgoing u21 manager Gully BB-Philosophy wise (we're always bidding on the same players on the transfer list), I'm maybe slightly less of an individual re: decision making, but it'd take a lot to move me off an idea I liked too...I'd be up for an assistant or two if anyone fancied it and we can discuss/work out what exactly it'd entail?

Yesterday Venezuela beat USA in the senior NT Americas championship, they have about half the users than England do (86! That's crazy...) it shows what can be done on BB with a smaller nation though...maybe something like that can only happen once every 10 seasons or less, but I'd try to get every high potential trainee in a positive situation (ah the naivety I hear you say. I know...and we'll see...there is only so much one manager can do, but it wouldn't take much to get us more active/organised as a community...).
Related suggestion: hey Gully, it's time you got a Utopian team to train us up some Fallon mk2s :D

Think this is running it's course, I'm too rambley (soz). So feel free to ask me specific stuff in the debate thread. I welcome the off topic questions too (just don't get banned Bakseris).

Hello everybody, I'm Greer14, I'm the ex head coach of the Italian U21, and I've been part of the staff for several years.

I have decided to apply here in England because I am looking for new adventures and preparing a larger pool that in four seasons will bring this nation to a medal.

I'm going to start setting up the best youngsters on the market, in the teams of the best managers, and if I did not succeed, even among some Italian managers.

My idea of the game is very clear, but in the last few seasons I'm a bit detached by embracing the outside attacks, it may take some time but I think we can succeed.

If you decide to vote for me, you will not regret it!
