BB-manager uses the old formula to calculate the salary.
The salary formula has been changed multiple times since Josef-ka made the tool.

last season came one of the biggest changes, when they increased the importance of secondary skills.

For example his IS is marvelous(15), but it can be 15.9. That affects both performance, salary and DMI. :)

and consider also that when you train 1vs1 you're training other few skills too, slowly but when you train one skill other skills are taking decimals
