With BB relying so much more on the economic aspect than on the actual basketball aspect:
I'd like to see the merchandising bonus for NT/U21 players disappear and instead the competitive advantage gained from players achieving that remain in experience boosts or whatever.

While the extra merchandise isn't a lot here or there. It can make a difference in bid wars for staff and players.
It is not a balanced competitive balance either as smaller nations, which already gain money more quickly, have increased odds of it, to gain even more money more quickly.

They already gain more experience when they are at NT or U21 than the other kind of matches. About the money, I think it's an extra motivation for the managers to train this players.
