Why cant i hire Internally? And will player i hired be playable in games?

TY for fast replay... So i tried to hire a player, i picked one, and picked his lvl, pressed Hire Now, and nothing happens.... BTW, deep bow and huge respeckt for you sir, i learned a lot in this game from you.
