Bonjour à tous,

Je me présente aujourd’hui afin de vous faire part de ma présentation aux Elections du Sélectionneur National.
Il ne faut pas mentir, la Belgique est aujourd’hui à la cinquantième place mondiale et ce n’est pas sa place. Il faut tout de suite redresser cela et remettre notre pays dans le droit chemin.
Il faut que nous nous investissions tous dans notre équipe nationale afin de montrer que les joueurs Belges sont bien présents. Je pense que c’est possible mais j’aurais besoin de tout le monde pour cela.

Je n’ai pas beaucoup d’expérience.

Et c’est vrai, je ne connais vraiment le jeu que depuis un gros mois mais je pense néanmoins être prêt pour cette mission. Je joue depuis 2 semaines avec une équipe après avoir été « assistant » d’une grosse équipe belge. Je pense donc être à la hauteur.

La Belgique est l’affaire de tous.

J’espère être néanmoins votre meneur, vous n’aurez qu’à me suivre.

Ik presenteer me vandaag teneinde u van mijn presentatie aan de Verkiezingen van Nationale Sélectionneur in kennis te stellen.
Men mag niet liegen, België is vandaag aan de vijftigste wereldplaats en het is niet zijn plaats. Men moet meteen dat herstellen en ons land in de rechte weg overhandigen.
Ons zetten wij moeten allemaal in ons nationaal team in teneinde aan te tonen dat de Belgische spelers zeer aanwezig zijn. Ik geloof dat het mogelijk is maar ik zou iedereen daarvoor nodig hebben.

ik heb niet vele ervaring.

En het is waar, ik ken echt het spel slechts sinds een grote maand maar ik denk niettemin klaar te zijn voor deze taak. Ik speel sinds 2 weken met een team na „assistent“ van een groot Belgisch team geweest te zijn. Ik denk dus aan de grootte te zijn.

België is de zaak van iedereen.

ik hoop niettemin uw leider te zijn, u zult slechts hebben om me te volgen.

I present myself today in order to inform you of my presentation to the Elections of the National sport selector.
One should not lie, Belgium is today in the fiftieth world place and it is not its place. It is immediately necessary to rectify that and give our country in the right way.
It is necessary that we invest ourselves all in our national team in order to show that the Belgian players are quite present. I think that it is possible but I would need everyone for that.
I do not have much experiment.
And it has been true, I know really the play only for one large month but I think nevertheless of being ready for this mission. I have played for 2 weeks with a team after having been “assistant” of a large Belgian team. I thus think of being with the height.

Afflicted for my very bad Dutch but for my first message, I preferred tried to write it in the two languages of our country.

Ik ga het kort houden zodat jullie niet zo'n ellenlange tekst hoeven te lezen:

Ik heb de ondankbare job uitgeoefend om België weer een beetje op het rechte pad te krijgen. Dit lijkt me wel geslaagd als je ziet van waar we kwamen.

De basis 5 is volledig veranderd, het team is verjongt, alles dus op de toekomst gericht.

Hierdoor zou ik graag mijn termijn verlengen, en dit doe ik weer samen met LA-Lord of Doom, met eventueel nog een assistent extra.

En voor de anderen die Frans aanhalen als negatief punt nog dit: Mensen kunnen altijd Franstalige berichten sturen, en ik probeer die in het Frans te beantwoorden. De speech daarentegen alleen in het Nederlands en het Engels, om de simpele reden dat mijn Frans niet goed genoeg is om zo'n "lange" tekst te schrijven. Liever dat toegeven dan vertaalbots te gebruiken en dan een onbegrijpelijke speech te krijgen...

Dus als jullie vertrouwen in me hebben dat ik dit verder kan zetten, gelieve dan op mij te stemmen!

I’m going to keep it short so that you guys don’t have to read so much:

I already did the very hard job to get Belgium on the right track last season. It was not easy, but I think it’s succeeded if you see from where we come.

The starting 5 has been changed, I added much younger players, so my eye is on the future.

For this reason I would really like to add a season as a National Team manager, and I will do it again with LA-Lord of Doom and maybe a 2nd assistant.

For the ones who are going to use French as a negative point of me are right, but listen to this: people who send me a French message will always be understand, and maybe get an answer in French. My speech isn’t in French, for the simple reason that my French isn’t good enough for a whole text. I rather admit that then to use a translator and receive a speech who nobody understands.

So, if you guys trust me to do it another season, please vote for me!

Als vice-bondscoach zou ik zeer graag mijn eerste termijn als bondscoach willen beginnen. Maar dit gaat natuurlijk vooral van jullie afhangen. Maar waarom stemmen op mij? Simpel, als jjullie een manager willen die (bijna) alles overheeft voor zijn interesses, een manager met talent die momenteel een ploeg coacht in tweede klasse dan zijn jullie bij mij aan het juiste adres.

Mijn[ b]ideeën :
1. België zo hoog mogelijk laten eindigen.
2. Een data bank opstellen met alle verslagen over onze tegenstanders.
3. Een site aanmaken waarin alle staf leden kunnen inloggen en de datebanken bekijken + andere weetjes vinden.
4. Een staf opstellen waarbij jullie kunnen joinen.
5. Onze wedstrijden en weetjes in een leuke verhaal lijn stoppen.
6. Het team verjongen, als het nog mogelijk is natuurlijk :)

Zo dit was het zo een beetje, heb je nog vragen kun je het altijd stellen!

Vous le savez,la Belgique est pour l'instant loin d'être glorieuse sur BuzzerBeater...

C'est pourquoi j'aimerais vous proposer mon aide,afin de rendre l'équipe belge une équipe de référence BB!

Pour cela bien sûr,j'aurai besoin de votre aide, je vous promet de chercher les joueurs adéquats à notre équipe ainsi que lui trouver la bonne tactique afin de l'emmener au sommet!

Pour vous prouver mon sérieux, je pourrais vous dire que j'ai réussi à faire monter mon équipe de D3 à D1 en 2 ans seulement.

J'espère donc que vous me ferez confiance et m'aiderez à être élu nouveau sélectionneur belge!

That's why i would like to help her to reach the top!

Be sure of it, i need you to do that, i promise you to look for the adequate players, and for the good tactic, to make the Belgium one of the biggest BB's Team!

You can be sure i'll do a good work... I could tell you that i manage to come with my team in only 2 years,coming from D3...

I'm not sure if you know it, but there are no NT manager elections at this time.

I think it's best to close this thread until there are new NT elections, I will reopen it at that time.
