Hello, this subject has came up by a few managers.. So I decided to clarify why I don’t mix up my defenses or offenses.

I run my team by a system of promotion/demotion and “long” term planning for the future. Your players are your engine and your arena is your factory. Players is front end work and factory is back end work. Linear growth happens with back end work in all cases of business. Front end growth is a explosion of growth in a short amount of time.

Salaries = Tsp

Your salaries equals your skills no1 really knows what they are so its hard to decipher unless you share it with a common group that is trying to “help”. Salaries are the best method in seeing starters/backups/role players 1st, 2nd, and 3rd game of the week. Must win game/ less important/scrimmages.

Arena
Make sure your arena does linear growth. It keeps growing each division and I also think taxation on complete stadium is a advantage to players who keeps the percentage left from the completed arena. Each division try to work on arena until its x division ready.

Buzzer beater learning curve

There is a slight learning curve to buzzer beater. Yes I said it now every1 gonna attack me for saying that... I would highly recommend if you are younger research about real life economies and a buyers market. People set budgets for income every week to spend on arena or players. People make money by day-trading, buying or selling, or long term planning.

Skill wise tankers invest into under 21 or just completely suck or have a homegrown motive.

I think he believes that when you "buy" more seats you are paying a tax.

It's like when you pay the tax at the grocery store to buy milk.

Dude, why do you keep saying this? It's simply not true. If you look at the transferlist you'll see. I just found a guy with 116 TSP and 81k salary. I also found a guy with 94 and 152k salary. The salary depends much more on the player's build than on the TSP.

More sense in this small post than the entire post by the OP. People, newbies especially, should really skip ahead to just read this.

Its also written in better English.

I don't think you know what you're talking about. Not sure why you post so many threads like this, when it's obvious to most long-term managers that you don't have a clue. I just hope your nonsense if not rubbing off on newer managers and sending them down the wrong path.

Also, as many have said, Salary doesn't always equal TSP. A more well-rounded player with good secondary skills (ie; a Big with high outside/guard skills, or a Guard with high Bigman/forward skills) will have a lower salary then a player with only higher primary skills, they also tend to be more valueable. It is often better to build a team with well-rounded players as opposed to high-salary mono-skilled players.

But what you are doing, is posting false statements making it sound like it is facts. A new player might look in the forums and believe that you know what you are talking about - which you are not. So as a member of this community, I consider it my duty to point out that your 'salary = TSP' theory is absolutely wrong. This way we avoid new players being misled in a game that is complex enough as it is.

How much profit are you making each week? Don't really know what finances are like in Div 4 but surely you could afford to carry more wages and buy some better skilled players.
