Efficiency is calculated as [points scored]/([field goal attempt]*2), except for FTs where it is [points scored]/[free throw attempts]. So as FT are scored at around 69%, you can add on top of the efficiency another two thirds of the fouling rate.

So it appears that any kind of defense lowers the efficiency by a little more than a third but there is no clear correlation between a type of defense and higher reduction in FG%, with the exception of altered shots (help defense from a shot blocker) where the reduction is very significant even for dunks.
