It's a known issue. My tournament game was finally played at some point in the past hour or two, and based on reports in the bug forums, training and PL games from today were also delayed. I would expect that all yesterday's games should be done soon if not already and that the things that normally happen today will start running through the pipeline, but will of course be delayed somewhat until the system catches up.
