Rano is my PG in starting lineup, who has been playing pretty good, except shooting. He was even selected to play all-star game as a back-up PG. (1038001826)

However, he did not make any FG during all-star game (FG 0-3) and his FG is 0-25 in total in the past 3 games (Game shape has been 9/proficient already).

Poor shooting due to low JS, low driving, low IS or low JR?

BTW, what'd offensive tactics suit Rano the best if I want him to improve the FG%?

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: tremendous
Outside Def.: phenomenal Handling: tremendous
Driving: sensational Passing: phenomenal
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: average Free Throw: average

Experience: prolific TSP: 105 (83 + 22)

You can see more stats in Rano Sabani's player overview, he's good at assists, but FG% woes.

if that's the case, then what skill should he improve? and improve to what level?

JS to 13? or DR to 16? how about IS?

Well he is 32 so training is pointless.

You can also add a better shooter in the lineup to distribute the scoring load to the other player.
