Tried to post this already earlier today but I guess it failed as couldn't find it anywhere...

Anyway the question.. What kind of a difference there is in training speed when player is 24years old comparing when same player is 25years old. I'm especially thinking about inside skills (IS, ID, RB). My player is 6'10". How much slower would the pops come if I train him next season than if I train him now.

I'm trying to promote this season and although I want to finish training of my oldest trainee before focusing to younger ones, I just realized that I may want get some special training so that the younger trainees can also somehow survive in upper division.

A 24 year old would train at about 51% of an 18 year old and a 25 year old trains at about 41% of an 18 year old.

So about a drop of 20% over that year and 10% overall per year.

Thank you!
Then maybe i'll just keep going with the original training plan and still hope to somehow be able to compete next season.
