I suggest MVP and First and Second All league fives voting after regular season by menagers.

To encourage to vote there could be some money foreach vote, e.g. 500 or 1000$. Menager could vote only on 3-4 of his players concerning first and second fives.

And for choosing your player in first or second leauge five or MVP there might be some more gadgets income in next season
It might be really entartaining and result in more discussion on leauge forums between menagers.

Only by analysis in stats, performance on court and my index.

Adding to this, I’d LOVE to see some kind of “Ballon d’Or”-esque award for the best player in the world, and even all-country (like All-USA, etc) teams.

Or maybe it could be that if you voted properly - for the player which actually won MVP, You might get some small amount of money. And in that case, mengaers would vote for players they really believe are MVP (and other: Rookie of the Year, Best Defensive Player, 6th man etc.)
