I read somewhere to maintain decent game shape one should be sure players receive around 48 - 65 minutes a week of playing time....approximately. My question is, does it then stand to reason that every minute counts...like getting getting 30 minutes is still better then getting 15 minutes playing time? Or 15 is better then none? Every minute counts...is that how it works? Thank you!
