Running as New Zealand national coach

I am running for the NT-election in New Zealand, and I would like to give a little background information about me and my goals as a NT-coach.

Background.
I am currently National Coach in Denmark and have decided not to run for re-election, as I would like to give the opportunity to other players. And most importantly, because the is a very good candidate that I believe can do a good job.

When I started as National Coach (season 3), the Danish league was brand new and we did not have a lot of players to choose from. We are currently ranked 21 (14 Wins and 13 Losses) – which is a lot better than expected, as we are ranked above a lot of older BB-countries. I believe that most players think I am doing a good job, as I have received a rating of 91%.

I have been playing Buzzerbeater for 2 season. I have 1 Cup tournament win and 2 Championships.

Goals
To develop the NZ national team and take them higher in the rankings. To rank higher than other small nations in the region and in the world. I cannot promise that you will be Champions of the World :-) , but I will do the utmost to take NZ as far as possible. I have proved that this is possible, as the New Zealand situation is very similar to the situation in Denmark when I took over in terms of limited resources ie. few teams.

When it comes to tactics, I believe a balanced team will provide the best opportunity to counter the opponent’s gameplan. I use many different tactics depending on the opponent.

Development of NZ players.
I will try do help with the development of your players. I also would like to assist players with advice on how to improve their team and what is needed to develop NT players.

Development of the NZ community
I will be active in the NZ forums informing about the national team and it’s development. I will also try to participate in other discussions in the forum.

I am aware that some players might prefer a player from New Zealand as a national coach. But the drawback of this is that the player who is elected coach, will have an advantage in the national competitions, as he knows the specific skills of the best players of his competitors.

Remember to take part in the election – and in discussions in the forums.

I have begin BuzzerBeater experience two years ago and i win immediately fourth division but for serious reasons of health.
Now I restart to play and, after a good first season, this year i will try to conquer again the fourth division.
I don't want to do too many promises.
