There are some users in Spain with problems to access. They said that it happens on Pc, laptop and mobile, and also changing the browser. The most common its a big slow page, but sometimes directly error and can't do anything. Can they do anything to solve?

The site runs extremely slowly from about 17:00h to 22:00h (GMT +1). So slow that the login page doesn't even finish loading all its components. Using ultrasurf the site loads fine.

In chrome, I deleted the cookies but it didn't do anything.

Windows 7.

I have taken more than half an hour to access the game and come to the forums to write this complaint. Every afternoon the difficulty of accessing the game is repeated. It happens in the three computers that I have: two laptops and one desktop, in any browser, with Windows 7 and Windows 10. It does not happen to me in any other web that I usually visit and whose access is normal. Is it that nobody cares what is happening and several days?
